Northern Vietnam is the traditional homeland of the ethnic Vietnamese. It is the place where cultural values were maintained for ages. If ancient Hanoi is regarded as home of this region, its’ popular sightseeing places such as Ha Long Bay and Mai Chau are fantastic destinations for tourists.

Hanoi is home to all the best of historic Vietnam. Let's discover traditional temples, monuments, and pockets of ancient culture along the narrow streets of the Old quarter. With a unique blend of oriental and western charm, the French colonial legacy is still evident illustrated by the distinctive yellow pastel colored villas and government buildings. The centre of Hanoi is by far the greenest and most beautiful city with elegant tree-lined boulevards and many lakes…

Ha Long Bay is located in the northeastern part of Vietnam. In a not very large area, thousands of islands with different forms look like glittering emeralds attached to the blue scarf of a virgin. The area where many stone islands concentrate has spectacular scenes and world-famous caves is the center of Ha Long Bay Natural Heritage. They are the result of many times of rising and lowering processes of the continent to form a karst. The process of nearly full erosion and weathering of the karst created the unique Ha Long Bay in the world.

Mai Chau: About 4 hours drive (180 Km NW) from Hanoi, 80 km from Hoa Binh, Mai Chau is a peaceful town where settling the Thai ethnic group. The scenery between Hoa Binh and Mai Chau is truly spectacular. you will also pass through valleys still packed with awesome old growth forest and through villages inhabited by hill tribe people. Mai Chau, nestled in a lush valley and surrounded by emerald green paddies, is enchanting to look at when you are driving over the mountain pass. At Mai Chau, visitors can have the opportunity to experience living with the White Thai minorities for one night in their clean and well-kept house on stilts. Sharing the special "Can wine" during dinner with the host will be an unforgettable experience.
